Enjoy Morocco. Enjoy the ride.
A relaxed 12-day motorcycle journey from Casablanca to Marrakech, from 2 to 13 April 2027.

This tour is all about discovering Morocco at a relaxed pace, taking the time to enjoy the journey rather than simply covering the miles. Enjoyable motorcycle rides, authentic encounters, beautiful landscapes and comfortable places to stay come together in a holiday designed to be savoured.

With around four hours of riding on most days and one longer connecting stage, there is time to explore traditional villages, enjoy a leisurely lunch and take in the scenery. Ideal for couples, the journey balances the freedom of travelling by motorcycle with cultural discovery and time to unwind.

Follow the Atlantic coast through Safi and Essaouira, discover Taroudant and Mirleft, and spend two nights among the granite landscapes of Tafraoute. Continue towards Foum Zguid for a desert escape by 4×4, a camel ride, sunset on the dunes and a night under the stars, before returning to the motorcycles for Aït Ben Haddou and Marrakech.

Carefully selected accommodation and Moroccan hospitality offer opportunities to relax along the way, with swimming pools where available.

Discover your journey:

Day 1Arrival in Casablanca

2 April 2027 · Overnight in Casablanca

Welcome to Morocco! Settle in and enjoy your first introduction to Casablanca, where modern Moroccan life meets historic neighbourhoods and the Atlantic coast. Depending on your arrival time, head out to explore or simply take the evening to relax before the adventure ahead.

Day 2Casablanca to Safi

3 April 2027 · Overnight in Safi

The motorcycle journey begins as we leave Casablanca and head south along the Atlantic coast. Coastal scenery and changing landscapes set the pace for our first day on the road. Our destination is Safi, a historic port town known for its maritime character and traditional pottery craftsmanship. Settle in and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this authentic coastal city.

Day 3Safi to Essaouira

4 April 2027 · Overnight in Essaouira

Follow the Atlantic coastline south towards Essaouira, enjoying coastal landscapes and small-town life along the way. We arrive around midday, leaving the afternoon free to explore the whitewashed medina, blue shutters and lively fishing harbour. Browse artisan shops, wander the historic streets or enjoy a coffee overlooking the ocean.

Day 4Essaouira to Taroudant

5 April 2027 · Overnight in Taroudant

Leaving the Atlantic behind, we ride inland towards Taroudant and the fertile Souss Valley. The scenery changes as we approach the foothills of the Anti-Atlas. Enclosed by impressive ochre-coloured ramparts, Taroudant offers an authentic glimpse of everyday Moroccan life, with traditional streets and a welcoming atmosphere away from the larger tourist centres.

Day 5Taroudant to Mirleft

6 April 2027 · Overnight in Mirleft

We return towards the Atlantic for a ride to Mirleft, a small coastal destination with a relaxed, unspoilt character. Enjoy the changing landscapes of southern Morocco before reaching this quieter stretch of coastline. Fresh ocean air, time to explore and a peaceful evening make this an inviting place to unwind.

Day 6Mirleft to Tafraoute

7 April 2027 · Overnight in Tafraoute

Leave the coast and head into the spectacular Anti-Atlas, a landscape of rugged mountains, rocky valleys and remote settlements. Quiet roads and changing scenery make this a rewarding day of discovery. Our destination is Tafraoute, a small town nestled among the dramatic pink granite formations of the surrounding mountains.

Day 7Exploring Tafraoute and the Anti-Atlas

8 April 2027 · Overnight in Tafraoute (second night)

A second night in Tafraoute gives us time to enjoy the region at a slower pace. Discover traditional villages, distinctive rock formations and quiet mountain roads on a relaxed exploration of the Anti-Atlas. There is also time to enjoy the accommodation, relax by the pool where available and appreciate the peaceful surroundings.

Day 8Tafraoute to Foum Zguid

9 April 2027 · Overnight in Foum Zguid

Continue eastwards towards Foum Zguid as the mountains give way to increasingly arid landscapes. Wide-open spaces, remote villages and vast horizons reveal another side of Morocco. Arrive at the gateway to our desert experience and enjoy a relaxing evening in this remote setting.

Day 9Discovering the Desert

10 April 2027 · Overnight in Desert camp

Today we leave the motorcycles behind for a 4×4 excursion into the desert. Explore the remote landscapes before a late-afternoon camel ride across the dunes. As the sand takes on its golden evening colours, settle in for an aperitif and watch the sun set over the Sahara. Return to camp for a memorable night surrounded by dunes, silence and stars.

Day 10Desert Region to Aït Ben Haddou

11 April 2027 · Overnight in Aït Ben Haddou

Back on the motorcycles, we leave the desert and ride towards Aït Ben Haddou. This is the longer riding day of the journey, linking the southern desert landscapes with the historic villages and dramatic scenery of the interior. On arrival, explore the atmosphere of this remarkable fortified village, its traditional earthen architecture and narrow paths, before a relaxing evening.

Day 11Aït Ben Haddou to Marrakech

12 April 2027 · Overnight in Marrakech

Enjoy some time to visit Aït Ben Haddou before our final full riding stage towards Marrakech. We cross the landscapes separating southern Morocco from the Red City, bringing our journey through coast, mountains and desert to a fitting close. Spend the evening discovering Marrakech’s lively atmosphere, traditional restaurants and vibrant medina.

Day 12Departure from Marrakech

13 April 2027 · End of the journey

After breakfast, enjoy your final moments in Marrakech before transferring to the airport. Depending on your flight schedule, there may be time for a last stroll or a relaxed Moroccan coffee before heading home with wonderful memories of the journey.
